Privacy Notice
Version: 2026.08.02 Effective date: August 2, 2026 Covered sites: rejuvajar.com and rejuvajarstore.com
1. Scope and responsible organization
This Privacy Notice describes personal-information practices for the covered Sites.
High Vibes Health Collective, a private membership association, controls personal information collected through the covered Sites unless a point-of-collection notice identifies another controller.
For this Notice, “Association” means High Vibes Health Collective.
Linked member, reseller, social-media, payment, carrier, or third-party sites may maintain separate privacy practices.
2. PMA and public-commerce separation
Online customer information does not become available to the general PMA membership.
PMA membership records remain governed by the Association’s private governing instruments and any separate member privacy terms. Public Site and Store data remain governed by this Notice.
A website visitor, account holder, registrant, or marketing subscriber does not become a PMA member. At the member-only Store, a person may become a Member only after completing the affirmative membership-assent, payment, and Association-acceptance process in the Member Agreement; a transaction record alone is not a substitute for that process.

3.3 Payment information
Payment providers may collect payment-card, bank, wallet, fraud-screening, and authentication data. The Association may receive transaction identifiers, authorization status, card brand, expiration details, limited account details, and payment tokens.
Full payment-card data should remain with the payment provider unless a separately disclosed secured process requires collection.

No customer information is distributed to the general PMA membership.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
The Association does not sell personal information for money.
The covered Sites are configured not to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and not to use personal information for targeted advertising.
The Association honors legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
Any future introduction of targeted advertising or a legally defined sale or sharing practice requires advance revision of this Notice, implementation of required consent or opt-out controls, and a conspicuous Privacy Choices link.
8. Cookies
The Sites may use necessary, preference, limited analytics, and security cookies as described in the Cookie Notice.
Nonessential cookies remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Browser settings may block cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may impair cart, login, security, or checkout functions.
9. Retention
Personal information remains retained only for a documented business or legal need. Retention factors include:
- completion of an order;
- tax, accounting, and consumer-record obligations;
- warranty and product-safety administration;
- fraud prevention and security;
- dispute and limitations periods;
- account status;
- consent status;
- legal holds;
- deletion requests and statutory exceptions.
Information no longer required will be deleted, deidentified, or securely isolated according to the applicable retention schedule.
10. Security
The Association uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access control, secure transmission, software maintenance, authentication, backups, service-provider review, and incident response.
No internet system provides absolute security. A security incident will receive investigation, containment, remediation, and legally required notification.
11. Privacy choices and rights
Depending on residence and applicable law, a consumer may possess rights to:
- confirm processing;
- access personal information;
- obtain a portable copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling;
- limit certain sensitive-information uses;

- receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
A request may be submitted through:
- Online:
https://rejuvajarstore.com/contact/

High Vibes Health Collective 212 E. Rowland Street, No. 227 Covina, California 91723
A request should identify the request type and the email or order information reasonably necessary to locate records.
Reasonable verification may be required. Verification will not demand information disproportionate to the request. An authorized agent may submit a request when applicable law permits and valid authority can be confirmed.
A denial notice will state the reason and any available appeal method.
12. California disclosures
12.1 Notice at collection
At or before collection, the Association provides notice of:
- categories of personal information collected;
- purposes of collection and use;
- whether information is sold or shared;
- retention criteria; and
- a link to this Privacy Notice.
12.2 Categories collected and disclosed
During the preceding 12 months, the Association may have collected the categories described in Section 3 and disclosed those categories for business purposes to the service-provider categories described in Section 6.
The Association has not sold personal information and has not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the selected Site configuration.
12.3 California rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may exercise rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out, limit certain sensitive-information use, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment.
No financial-incentive or loyalty program is offered in exchange for personal information unless a separate Notice of Financial Incentive is presented.
12.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because no uniform industry response exists for browser “Do Not Track” settings, the Sites may not respond to ordinary Do Not Track signals.
The Sites honor Global Privacy Control and another legally recognized universal opt-out signal where applicable.
Third parties may collect activity through embedded content or services as described in this Notice and the Cookie Notice.
13. Nevada residents
The Association does not sell covered information under Nevada’s online-privacy sale definition. A Nevada opt-out request may be submitted through the privacy-request methods in Section 11.
14. Children
The Sites and Store are not directed to children under 13. The Association does not knowingly collect online personal information from a child under 13 without legally required parental authorization.
Accounts and purchases require an adult at least 18 years old. Information identified as having been submitted by a child without required authorization will be deleted where legally required.

The Sites are operated from the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States.
An international customer may possess additional local rights not described in this United States policy.
16. Changes
A revised Notice will display a new effective date. Material changes receive reasonably conspicuous notice before the materially different practice begins when law requires.
A prior privacy representation remains enforceable for information collected while that representation applied, unless lawful notice and consent permit a change.
