For sanitary reasons, High Vibes Health Collective® adheres to a strict:
- NO RETURN POLICY with no exceptions on all Rejuva Jar® Self Cleansing kits, and accessories that have been opened.
- Defected equipment must be reported IMMEDIATELY at our Contact Us Form available here: https://rejuvajarstore.com/contact/ and MUST be initiated within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Rejuva Jar® Self Cleansing kits and accessories are only returnable within 7 days of confirmed delivery date, if the following conditions are met:
- All Security Seals and packaging must be UNBROKEN
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.
