Our Process and Handling Time: 1-2 days, although we usually ship same day!

In theory, the closer to Southern California, the sooner you get your package. Most shipments reach their destination within 1 week, within the U.S.
When the package status shows “delivered”, High Vibes Health Collective® is NO longer responsible for the delivery of your Rejuva Jar®.
- Any shipped items that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery date.
- If your Rejuva Jar® arrives broken, PLEASE BE CAREFUL! PLEASE PHOTO DOCUMENT. Collect and dispose of broken glass SAFELY. Contact us immediately so we to further assist you.

Duty Fees
High Vibes Health Collective® is not responsible for any fees that may be added to a package due to the fact that many countries charge a VAT(value added tax) or an import duty tax.
Payment of these fees is the obligation of the buyer, if these fees are failed to be paid, your country will not allow you to have the package.
Contact the local customs office nearest you to find out what the VAT and duty fees may be.
