Electronic Records and Communications Consent
Version: 2026.08.02 Effective date: August 2, 2026 Covered sites: rejuvajar.com and rejuvajarstore.com
1. Electronic transaction consent
A Customer may consent to receive transaction records electronically, including:
- the Member Agreement and membership confirmation;
- order acknowledgements and confirmations;
- receipts and invoices;
- payment notices;
- Terms of Sale and incorporated policies;
- warranty documents;
- shipping and delay notices;
- return and refund records;
- safety and recall notices;
- account and security notices;
- privacy-request communications;
- legally required transaction disclosures capable of electronic delivery.
Electronic consent applies to the particular transaction and related account relationship unless the consent interface expressly identifies a broader category.
2. Hardware and software requirements
Electronic access requires:
- internet access;
- a current web browser capable of displaying HTML;
- a valid email address;
- software capable of displaying PDF files when a record uses PDF;
- sufficient electronic storage or printing capability to retain records.
3. Demonstration of access
Electronic checkbox consent, followed by successful delivery or display of the linked documents, demonstrates electronic access capability for the format used.
4. Paper copies
A paper copy of an electronically provided transaction record may be requested through the Store contact page or mailing address.
No fee applies to a reasonable paper-copy request unless a permitted fee is disclosed before the request is completed.
5. Withdrawal
Electronic-record consent may be withdrawn prospectively through the Store contact page with the subject Withdraw Electronic Consent.
Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records or signatures completed before withdrawal. Withdrawal may prevent future online transactions when electronic delivery remains necessary to complete the transaction.
6. Contact-information updates
A Customer must maintain a current email and mailing address for pending orders, warranties, recalls, and account notices.
Account settings or the Store contact page may be used to update contact information.
7. Electronic signatures
Selecting an unchecked acceptance box, clicking a clearly labeled acceptance button, typing a name where a signature is requested, or completing another process with intent to accept constitutes an electronic signature.
The Store should retain the accepted Member Agreement and product-document versions, exact acceptance text and state, timestamp, Member or Applicant identifier, order number, payment reference, and authentication information.
8. Transactional communications
Transactional communications may be sent without marketing consent when the primary purpose concerns:
- an accepted or requested transaction;
- payment;
- shipping;
- delivery;
- return;
- refund;
- warranty;
- recall;
- safety;
- security;
- account administration;
- a material relationship or policy change.
9. Marketing email
Marketing email remains separate from transactional communication.
Marketing messages will include:
- accurate sender information;
- a nondeceptive subject;
- a valid postal address;
- a clear unsubscribe method.
An unsubscribe request will be honored within 10 business days. PMA membership does not eliminate a member’s right to opt out of marketing email.
10. Text messages
Marketing text messages require separate express consent where applicable. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchase or PMA membership.
Transactional text messages may be used only under the consent and notice presented at collection. Message and data rates may apply.
11. Recommended electronic-consent checkbox
[ ] I consent to electronic records and signatures for my membership application and this order, and confirm access to the linked Member Agreement, Terms, notices, warranty, and policies. I may retain copies electronically or request paper copies.
