The private membership association structure does not place Association intellectual property into the public domain.

2. Limited access license

Site access grants only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view content for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

No access, purchase, registration, customer account, or PMA membership status transfers ownership or grants a commercial trademark, copyright, patent, design, publicity, or merchandising license.

3. Prohibited use

Written authorization is required for:

  • reproduction or republication of Site content;
  • commercial use of photographs, graphics, manuals, or copy;

  • creation of derivative product literature;
  • removal of rights notices;
  • scraping or database extraction;
  • sale of counterfeit, altered, or unauthorized goods;
  • representation of reseller, distributor, affiliate, sponsorship, or endorsement status;
  • use that creates source, affiliation, or approval confusion.

4. Authorized resellers, members, and licensees

Authorized use remains limited by the controlling written license, reseller agreement, member authorization, brand standard, or other governing instrument.

Authorization does not transfer ownership. Goodwill arising from authorized mark use accrues to the applicable mark owner.

5. Third-party intellectual property

Third-party marks and content remain property of the respective owners. Reference to a third party does not establish affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

6. Copyright complaint
